This policy describes what Previsto ("we") collects and how we use it when you use
previsto.studio (the "Service").

2. How we use it. To provide the Service (processing your materials into previsualization
artifacts), to enforce usage limits, to secure the Service, to fix problems, and to communicate
with you about your account. **We do not sell your data. We do not use Your Content to train
generalized AI models.**
3. AI processing. Generating artifacts sends relevant portions of Your Content to our model
provider (OpenAI) via API to produce results. Under OpenAI's API terms, API inputs and outputs are not used to train their models.
4. Subprocessors. We use: Supabase (database, storage, authentication), Vercel (web and API
hosting), Fly.io (compute for the production engine), and OpenAI (model inference). Each
processes only what is needed for its role.
5. Retention & deletion. Your Content persists in your workspace until you delete it or
request deletion. On written request we will delete your account data and Your Content from
active systems within thirty (30) days (backup copies expire on backup rotation). Audit records may be
retained as required for security and legal compliance.
6. Security. Access to workspaces is restricted to authenticated, authorized accounts; each
account's data is isolated; production credentials are stored in managed secret stores; the
generation engine runs in a sandboxed environment without network access.
7. Your choices. You can export Your Content from the app, request deletion (contact@previsto.studio), and
stop using the Service at any time.
8. Children. The Service is not directed to children under 16.
9. Changes. We will post updates here and note material changes in the app.
