Welcome to Previsto, an AI-assisted previsualization studio operated by Matthew Valente, doing business as Previsto ("Previsto," "we"). By creating an account or using previsto.studio (the "Service"), you
agree to these Terms.
1. The Service. Previsto turns scripts and creative direction into shot lists, storyboards,
and related previsualization artifacts, with creative decisions gated to you. The Service is in
private beta: access is by invitation, and features may change.
2. Accounts. You must sign in with a valid Google account we have authorized. Keep your
account personal — no sharing. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Your Content Is Yours. You retain all rights to the materials you submit (scripts,
references, notes) and to the creative output generated in your workspace from your materials
(shot lists, storyboards, boards, exports) ("Your Content"). We claim no ownership of Your
Content or your productions. You grant us a limited license to host and process Your Content
solely to operate the Service. We do not use Your Content to train generalized models, and we do
not share it except with the subprocessors that operate the Service (see Privacy Policy) or as
required by law.
4. Our Platform Is Ours. The Service — software, interfaces, workflows, prompt systems,
production methodologies, and all improvements — belongs to Previsto. Using the Service for
your production gives you no rights in the Service. Feedback you choose to give may be used by
us without obligation.
5. Acceptable Use. You will not: (a) reverse engineer the Service or attempt to extract its
prompts, models, or methodologies; (b) use the Service to build a competing product; (c) submit
content you lack rights to, or content that is unlawful; (d) attempt to bypass usage limits or
security; (e) resell access. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to materials you
upload (including likenesses in reference images) and for your use of generated output.
6. Credits & Limits. Generation consumes render credits and is subject to per-account
limits shown in the app. We may adjust limits for beta accounts. Paid plans and overage, where
offered, are described at purchase.
7. AI Output. Generated content is produced by AI systems and may be inaccurate, require
human review, or resemble other works. You are responsible for reviewing output before
production use and for rights clearance in your jurisdiction.
8. Availability. The Service is provided on an "as available" basis during beta. We may
modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim to give notice of material changes.
9. Termination. You may stop using the Service at any time and may request export and
deletion of Your Content. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms.
Sections 3, 4, 7, 10, and 11 survive.
10. Disclaimers. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
11. Liability. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PREVISTO'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR
ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID
US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
12. Changes. We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in the app or by
email, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
13. General. Governing law: California; venue: Los Angeles County, California. If any provision is
unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Contact: contact@previsto.studio.
